Are you a senior, accomplished, professional, ambitious, and results-driven driven sales manager with a proven track record of successfully closed deals? Your role will be pivotal in our expansion efforts into new markets and customer segments in CEE region.

In this position, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, cultivating, and capitalizing on business opportunities among our existing and potential clientele.

This position is contract-based and not tied to a specific location, giving you the flexibility to thrive in your role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy aligning with the company’s expansion into new markets in CEE and DACH regions.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify, cultivate, and capitalize on business opportunities among existing and potential global clientele.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized solutions in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring mutual benefit and legal soundness.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, staying updated on technological advancements and industry trends.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with the marketing team to strategically position services, define unique selling propositions, and gain a competitive advantage.
  • Networking: Attend industry events to establish the company’s presence and identify potential partners and clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Feedback Integration: Gather and use client feedback to enhance products and services.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, especially concerning contracts, data privacy, and intellectual property.

 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Robust experience in tech sales, with expertise in SDaaS; E-commerce experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or/and German.
  • IT background combined with business and sales acumen.
  • Familiarity with the latest technologies and current trends.
  • Autonomous and result-driven, with a history of achieving targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of establishing long-term relationships with C-level and decision-makers.
  • Practical experience in using online channels and personal communication for lead generation.
  • Goal-oriented approach with the ability to measure and quantify sales activities.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and legal terms for tech sales and service agreements.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.
