As an Outbound Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and refining marketing strategies focused on lead generation. Your primary goal is to attract high-potential, carefully selected prospects and convert them into qualified leads for our sales team.
What We Are Looking For:
- Highly creative and open-minded, with a strong drive to experiment and develop new, unconventional ways to reach potential clients—since traditional methods alone are not enough.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or growth marketing (preferably in a B2B or tech environment).
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting techniques and tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
- Experience with marketing strategies, including content marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and iterate strategies to improve results.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
