We are looking for a junior-level Sales Representative who will support Cassovia Code’s business activities within an assigned scope. The candidate will work autonomously, supported by management, sales and the growth marketing team. The role involves direct client communication, identifying new opportunities, and representing the company in the market.
Responsibilities
- Actively identify and develop business opportunities in software development services.
- Independently handle business communication – email, calls, online and in-person meetings.
- Cooperate with the growth marketing team on outreach and acquisition activities.
- Participate in client meetings and networking events (SK, CZ).
- Collaborate with management in preparing business strategies and proposals.
- Apply sales techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and expanding client cooperation.
- Report on business activities and results.
Requirements
- Sales experience (B2B or IT environment is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills and professional conduct.
- Fluent English (C1) – mandatory.
- Second language (e.g. German, Scandinavian, French ..) – an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
- Willingness to occasionally travel within the region (SK, CZ).
