As the Head of Recruitment at Cassovia Code, you will play a vital role in leading our talent acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. *As required by Slovak law, we state that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starts from 2500EUR, depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the relevant fields.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier candidates across various roles and levels.
- Talent Acquisition: Proactively identify, source, and engage with candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
- Hiring Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring timelines.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on recruitment needs and priorities.
- Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to promote Cassovia Code as an employer of choice, leveraging various marketing channels, employee testimonials, and other creative approaches.
- Recruitment Analytics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, and implement innovative strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with other departments, such as HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership, to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent for technology-related positions.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of recruiters.
- Recruitment Expertise: In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, and other external partners.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Employer Branding: Familiarity with employer branding strategies and techniques to enhance the company’s reputation and attract top talent.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing recruitment needs and priorities.
