This represents a senior-level position within our rapidly growing company. We are in search of an accomplished, professional, ambitious, and results-oriented sales leader with a proven track record of successfully closed deals. Your role will be pivotal in our expansion efforts into new markets and customer segments, specifically targeting the UK, DACH region, and the USA.

In this position, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, cultivating, and capitalizing on new business opportunities among our existing and potential global clientele. While we are open to external collaborations, we would be delighted if you chose to become an integral part of our team, benefiting from the creative atmosphere at Košice’s Kulturpark.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends. Stay updated on technological advancements and industry developments that could impact the software development sector.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, email marketing, and social media. Identify and qualify potential clients who may benefit from the company’s software services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. This may involve setting sales targets, creating sales plans, and monitoring progress.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with the technical team to create customized solutions that meet the client’s needs and expectations.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing, scope of work, and delivery timelines. Ensure that contracts are mutually beneficial and legally sound.
  • Collaborative Engagement with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to strategically position our services in the market, define unique selling propositions, and identify opportunities to gain a competitive advantage, differentiating our offerings within the industry.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to establish the company’s presence and identify potential business partners and clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve the company’s products and services. Ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, especially when it comes to contracts, data privacy, and intellectual property.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in tech sales environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German min C1
  • IT background combined with business degree or equivalent
  • Familiarity with latest technologies and current trends
  • Autonomous and result driven (history of achieving ambitious targets)
  • Excellent strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish long-term relationships with C-level and decision makers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing client decisions
  • Practical experience in using different online channels as well as personal communication to search, identify and obtain leads
  • Goal-oriented approach and ability to measure and quantify weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activities
  • Solid understanding of commercial and legal terms for tech sales and service agreements
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred
